Test Procedure |
The VBT144 converts vibration to a DC signal
- Inputs from swing-coil velocity transducers, piezoelectric
accelerometer and eddy current displacement probe
- Zero to peak, peak to peak or RMS average normalized
- Output up to 18Vdc or 50mAdc
- Field configurable for mV input
- Raw sensor signal output on front BNC connection
- Front adjustments for span and zero
- All common AC or DC supplies
Common applications include
- Monitoring of vibrating feeders
- Protection of vibrating machinery

The VBT244 converts vibration to DC signal
- 2-wire or 3-wire output loop power supplies
- Inputs from swing-coil velocity transducers, quartz shear
transducers and eddy current displacement probe
- Transducer excitation
- Zero to peak, peak to peak or RMS average normalized
- Field configurable by link headers for mV input
- Option for integration for velocity measurement
- Front adjustments for span and zero.

- Monitoring of vibrating feeders
- Protection of vibrating machinery
- Measuring building movement
